Every class is accessible for all levels. Our certified fitness professionals offer options through each class so no matter your ability level, you will finish the class feeling accomplished!

  • This barre-inspired, mat based class uses light weights, high reps and bodyweight exercises to reach a state of muscle fatigue to help sculpt and tone muscles for a low impact, fun, fast-paced full body workout.

  • Enjoy that great full body workout you get with Sculpt & Strengthen but in a quick 30 minute class! Get in, get out, get sculpted!

  • Yoga and strength come together in this unique class format. Gentle strength training is built into a slow yoga flow as we move through dynamic poses with light dumbbells for portions of the class. Enjoy a slow burn accessible for all levels.

  • Strengthen and stretch your body while working to unite breath and movement in this vinyasa-style yoga flow. We move dynamically through a variety of yoga postures with options to progress your practice or scale back with a variety of modifications and options given. This class is accessible for all levels of ability.

  • The perfect place to start for anyone looking to slow things down. Enjoy this slow-paced class focused on a gentler flow as you move through postures using intentional breath to stretch, strengthen, and increase mobility in all areas of the body.

  • Ease yourself into a relaxed state with this restorative and meditative practice. You will be guided through breathwork then stretching to relieve tightness in the body followed by holding a meditative state while sitting or lying in postures for several minutes. Allow yourself to de-stress, unwind, let go of daily distractions and be more at peace in mind and body.
