200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Beginning January 2026
Move With Meaning. Teach With Heart. Lead With Purpose.
This training is more than a certification, it’s a path back to who you are at your core. Through self-inquiry, embodied movement, and deep study, you’ll uncover your most authentic self so you can lead from it, live from it, and teach from it.
Rooted in self-discovery and designed for real-life application, this 200-hour training prepares you to confidently teach a vinyasa-style flow using our signature sequencing formula—a structure that supports creativity, safety, and empowerment. Along the way, you’ll explore foundational elements of hatha and yin yoga, develop your voice as a teacher, and foster the qualities of leadership already within you: clarity, presence, empathy, and self-trust.
Whether or not you plan to teach, you’ll walk away with tools that support not just how you guide others, but how you show up in your own life: grounded, confident, and fully yourself.
Held in our beautiful downtown Roanoke studio and led by Tristen Keeker - Movement Yoga + Sculpt owner, lululemon Legacy Yoga Ambassador, and 200 E-RYT Certified Instructor with over 10 years of yoga teaching experience.

Investment & Details:
Tristen’s instructor journey began at The Yoga Factory in Dallas, where she completed her 200-hour certification in 2015. She went on to advance her studies through the Baptiste Institute, completing Art of Assisting and Art of True North Alignment, training directly with Baron Baptiste. Since then, Tristen has led a variety of workshops herself, always with a focus on presence and empowerment.
In 2022, she opened Movement Yoga + Sculpt to extend that same sense of belonging and community that inspired her from the start.
Authenticity guides everything Tristen does, both on and off the mat. She is passionate about creating spaces where people can feel deeply, move freely, and live in alignment with their most authentic selves.
Her hope for this training is that it not only deepens each student’s practice, but also empowers them to lead with authenticity, compassion, and connection—on and off the mat.
