Step away from the noise of everyday life and into The Sanctuary, an exclusive six-night retreat tucked into the lush beauty of Costa Rica.
With the entire property reserved exclusively for our group, this week is an invitation to settle in, move your body, reconnect with nature and create space for whatever you need most. Expect thoughtful yoga practices, nourishing meals, time to explore, moments of adventure and plenty of room to simply be. A private sanctuary, created just for us.
For six nights, the entire retreat center is exclusively ours. No outside guests, no shared spaces, just our group with full access to everything the property has to offer.
Spend your downtime by the saltwater pool, take a cold plunge, relax in the infrared sauna, explore the gardens and riverfront, or find a quiet spot to recharge. With the whole property to ourselves, you can enjoy it all on your own time.

Whether you want to spend your free time enjoying everything our private sanctuary has to offer or head out and explore, there’s plenty to do right nearby.
Take a short walk to a beautiful waterfall, hike through the bamboo forest, spend some time by the river, or wander into town for coffee, gelato, restaurants and boutique shopping.
Wander & Explore
Each day includes two yoga practices overlooking the jungle, guided by experienced teachers Stephanie Thompson, owner of Stay Wild Yoga and Tristen Keeker, owner of Movement Yoga + Sculpt. Together they bring over 30 years of teaching experience, creating thoughtful classes that balance movement, strength, restoration, and time to simply breathe.

Accommodations
Throughout the week, our private chef will prepare fresh, nourishing meals just for our group using locally sourced ingredients and the flavors of Costa Rica. Three meals each day are included, with dietary preferences thoughtfully accommodated.

We'll venture beyond our sanctuary for thoughtfully planned group excursions that let us experience some of the beauty, adventure and magic of Costa Rica. The specific adventure will be announced closer to the retreat and will be selected to complement the rhythm of our time together.

All pricing is per person. Your rate includes three freshly prepared meals daily, yoga sessions, shuttle services from the airport, and a guided group excursion. Flights are not included.
Guests reserving double or multiple occupancy accommodations are responsible for selecting their preferred room companion.
$500 non-refundable deposit saves your accommodations.
Luna Premium Suite
The Luna Suite offers two stories with a king bed, private balcony, and spacious layout. Features include a luxury en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and sweeping nature views

Luxury Queen Suites
Each of our seven new luxury queen suites is equipped with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and private outdoor space.

Estrella Deluxe Room
The Estrella deluxe room is similar to the Luxury Queen suites but with an additional bed. This room is equipped with a king bed and twin bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and outdoor patio space.

Flower of Life and Hamsa Rooms
Each of the Flower of Life and Hamsa rooms are equipped with two stacked queen beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and outdoor patio space.

Madre Tierra and Flor De Loto
Each of the Madre Tierra and Flor De Loco rooms are “semi-dorm” style equipped with two full beds and air conditioning with a shared bathroom and central area. These two rooms are separate but share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom.

The Kogui Temple
This unique, hexagon shaped room features two twin beds, lots of windows, air conditioning and detached bathroom a few steps out the front door.
